First day of Senior year! Lots of beginnings and endings this year. Lots of emotional processing for us both. Sweet Maggie 🐶 is 9 and just started chemo for lymphocytic leukemia so these workouts are keeping me sane currently.

I use Ultima powders in a large travel cup. I like the lemon. My kid likes the grape. It is an electrolyte powder. I really like the taste so i tend to drink more!
