I am a week behind and traveling to do college tours with my son this weekend so I doubled just in case today and did week 3 mini strength and Fridays HIIT. Definitely a crusher!!! Being that it is 80 degrees in November in the Queen City, this set was SUPER SALTY! Warm weather gal so I don’t want it to get cold but for two weeks around Christmas and New Years and that’s enough for me!

Happy Birthday Jenny! I did the back workout yesterday morning since I was a day behind. Then my plans changed last night and I ended up home by myself. I decided to also show up for your Birthday workout since you always show up for us!!! Loved it! Got super Salty! Thank you for gifting us! Hope you had a wonderful birthday weekend!

I am almost caught up. I did the hiit challenge (week 6) and the Mini Cardio week 7 today. Plan is to do week 7 legs tomorrow. I was feeling junky today but I muscled through. Goal is to only take 1 full rest day off and at least do a good walk or do a mini Sesh if I need a second rest day.Thanks for the continuous shout outs Jenny!

I am two sessions behind again in week 6. Swim Mom life derailed me this week but I will catch up!!! Felt great to get back to it today!!! Thanks for the shout out in the chest and shoulder session.

Also, why can I easily get up into a handstand but can’t seem to find my balance to hold it? 👵

Jenny, i think you tried to kill me with that 5 min amrap finisher. That was a BEAST! Loved it!

Looking forward to the Tabata workout tomorrow. That is still a favorite from Week 3 workout months and months ago! I go back to it when traveling and dont have equip. Or just need a calorie burner or to sweat out some impurities. ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks Jenny for the shout out this week! I promise I am still here and loving it! Ive done every work out in Beach Shred and plan to show up tomorrow for Sundays Leg Day. It is my birthday so hopefully i wont get derailed tomorrow with tonights events. 😄

I have had some travel lately and have not had access to equipment other than what i’ve been able to pack. Would like to ask for suggestions for workouts I can “favorite” that are body weight or booty bands so I can keep up with my workouts…

I injured my back 2.5 months ago (chronic problem i face) and after intense physical therapy i was able to start BTS Week 1 today! So PSYCHED to be back in the game and hopefully catch up in the next 6 weeks. It was frustrating as hell. My cardio is terrible and i had to really fool with the lbs. to see what I could do safely but still challenge myself. 🤦🏼‍♀️ But I am grateful to be back. Definitely missed this! Hope everyone is well! 💪🏼
