Oh my gosh. I loved this workout - especially booty and leg day. 😍 Remember as a kid when you would say something like "I love this", it was oft times followed by an off putting statement like, "if you love it so much, why don't you marry it?" ... well. LATTE UPDATE. Upped her phenobarbital ... we are awaiting more blood work results. But our numerological believes they are Orthostatic tremors.

CHOCO UPDATE- His chin is still irritated... going on 4 months now. We are doing hydrolyzed protien for 12 weeks, mites (nexguard meds) just in case, and steroid ointment

I believe in the healing power of Jesus! So if you pray, we could use it

MOVING UPDATE- YUP, we are moving to MSP in April. Pray for a smooth transition of my practice (Katz Counseling LLC) & licensure ❤️

I only go to 10 on the AMRAP -but I used a 40, 25s and 35 (in that order for the exercises) I couldn’t hold the 35 over head, so I put it behind my shoulders for the lunges. AND extra heavy band for the 2nd AMRAP Like WHAT? Beast over here. And the snatch, I could only go to “raise your elbow”, I can’t get it over head YET.
