I have had to do push everything on my knuckles back I about 8 mo ago or so I think - for almost two months. Most people have a hard time doing that if their shoulder stability isn’t great (at least that is what I heard from a trainer I used to work with). But it sure is fun being able to do that and watch football stars on the field showing off - doing pups on their knuckles - and I’m like, I can do that too bro 😎

I shoveled this morning - the “winter storm” in MN dumped about 4 in maybe 🤔 Shoveled the three car garage area and sidewalk area to get to the bare ground 🤷‍♀️ IYKYK - then ate breakfast, then did this workout. Not bad … Not losing weight so I am going back to listen to you talking about then when I was dying a little inside LOL 😝
