Awesome!!! No modifications and upped my weights to 40 on upright and 30s deadlift and 25s for bent leg row!! 1-20 for the pull thru!!! I wasn’t able to go much higher than 25s before

I was able to level up on all but the planks, I just did a full plank hold. PS, yesterday I skipped the yoga part bc my elbows and arms were puddy 😂 Just In case you looked me up 😉

I leveled up on the last round. Did all at level 4 w 25lb weight for the squat jumps. ❤️
