Completed week 2 chest and shoulders today - doing single arm push presses and Jenny kept saying “burn group, you really need to use those legs to get that weight up!” And all I was thinking was “Jenny I can’t, my legs are hurting from yesterday’s session!” 😭😂

Well salt squad, I failed! My goal was to complete 4 sessions while on vacation last week, and I completed… zero. What I did do was take the stairs to and from my 4th floor condo, walked to get breakfast and dinner every day, and played a round of golf. I picked back up today with week 1 full body and dang it felt good to be back! Happy Monday squad, hope everyone has a great week!

Feeling great after finishing all 5 sessions so far this week 💪🏼 we’re headed to the beach tomorrow and I’ve made a goal to complete 4 Salty sessions while we’re there - don’t wanna lose any momentum!! TGIF Salt Squad - cheers to the weekend ahead!!

Great chest/tricep/core day - I tried to talk myself out of the burpees many times but so glad I completed all the sets! I was sweatin up a storm!

Feeling the leg day burn this morning going up and down the stairs - glad I was able to go heavier in my sumo deadlifts and hip thrusts compared to previous programs 💪🏼
