Completed the final session of MVP today 💪🏼 yes, it took me 13 weeks to finish an 8 week program. During week 2 of MVP I was on vacation in Florida when I was laid off from my corporate job. All of the sudden my routine was gone, my stability was gone, and I felt lost. There were many days where I struggled and felt frozen, not knowing what my next move would be. But I told myself no matter how slow I went, I would finish the MVP program. And finally, things feel like they’re getting back to normal (or at least, a new normal). I know things are hard for a lot of us right now, so focus on giving grace where it’s needed. Now it’s time to jump into Beast Mode!!! 🩵

Playing with some new toys at the in-laws house! Super interesting and challenging technology, but I think I prefer dumbbells!!

Did week 3 mini cardio today and my in laws didn’t have any light/moderate weights… got creative and grabbed a case of high noons from the fridge 😂 they got the job done! Hope everyone has a great LDW!

Me after every Get Salty workout: Dang Jenny that was a good one!!!

Me the next morning when the soreness kicks in: curse you Jenny and your amazing workouts!!
