I did the Murph session yesterday, too! It was great! Need to buy a weighted vest to do it again in the future!

Was planning on taking a few active rest days (walking, golf, water sports) during Memorial Day for travel which turned into a week thanks to a stomach bug I picked up along the way. It felt so good getting salty this morning with the primal full body day! Excited to catch up and get back after it 💪🏼

Whew! I was not expecting to get so Salty today with the absence of heavy cardio, but let me tell ya I was DRIPPING sweat! Great back session!!

Great throwback HIIT session this morning, couldn’t even give my legs time to get sore after yesterday’s leg day! Cant believe we’re already in week 3 of this program - it’s flying by!

Took my active rest day yesterday and completed the chest/core session today - loved the format and will definitely revisit when I’m traveling and have limited equipment!

Loved back and biceps yesterday 💪🏼 and love having flexibility in this schedule - I’ve never considered myself a runner, but back in April I decided to challenge myself to become one. I’ve been working in 1-2 runs a week and Get Salty has definitely increased my athletic ability to help me do this!
