Fail to plan... Plan to fail - knew I was going to dinner with friends tonight and wouldn't do the live session when I got home so I swapped in tomorrow's mobility and breathing and a quick peloton session! Little wins add up!

Great session!! I surprised myself by doing the chest presses with 25lb dumbbells - we don’t have 20’s so I usually stick with 15’s but decided to give it a go. It felt so GOOD to lift heavy shit 👏🏼
