My triceps are screaming here tonight as I’m folding laundry. 😅Great session today!

I face planted the floor on the last round of tricep push ups. For sure gonna be sore tomorrow!

Also loved the hip mobility! I’ve noticed one hip usually aches overnight every leg day. Going to try to incorporate more hip mobility multiple times weekly.

I was very unmotivated for the chest session today. Work was stressful, but I turned it on and knocked it out and feel a million times better!

The chest workout today reminded me that my shoulders are still sore from last week. 🤪

My legs were tremoring by the end of this one.
