Also loved the hip mobility! I’ve noticed one hip usually aches overnight every leg day. Going to try to incorporate more hip mobility multiple times weekly.

I was very unmotivated for the chest session today. Work was stressful, but I turned it on and knocked it out and feel a million times better!

Kim Carb 100% same page here. Also, to just jump right back in if life pulls me away and not beat myself up over it.

My shoulders are humbled—that was tough!! Also, it is a great reminder not to stress when you can't make a session. We've been dealing with strep throat here (yes 8 days into school 😬), so I took a couple of easy movement days.

Used my new weights and setup for leg day today! 🤘Definitely put more weight on versus using dumbbells only. For sure going to be sore tomorrow!

I've found trying different heights for my back leg helps, maybe since I'm on the shorter side. That's improved my form and ability to do these.

Leg DOMS are going to be in full effect after today's session. Yowza!
