Workout 1 of Beach Shred complete. It was definitely the good kind of hard and I appreciated modifications and encouragement...made me feel and realize that I could do it. The peaches song and Legally Blonde references were perfect. Thanks!❤️

I have been on the fence about joining FOREVER it seems! I have followed Jenny for awhile and have learned a lot, but I was always nervous/scared to jump in. But I did it. I joined. I am going to do this challenge! I am a teacher and we have 8 weeks left in the school year, so this is perfect!
