I’ve been thinking how to respond to this since you posted it. It’s hard to put into words all the good.

This week I am traveling for work. My co-workers I’m traveling with have seen me do my daily routine and ask how I stay motivated. The answer is so simple, my instructor/personal trainer. Jenny, your personality is so uplifting and inspiring. You offer such a wide variety of “help” from nutrition to specific programs. You focus on mobility and form, woman’s health as we age, and mental gratitude. The app is an added bonus… I appreciate communicating with all the other athletes and the ability to search for specific focus/time.

There is so much good to say I don’t think anybody or program compares!

Erika Sanchez I did. The one I bought is no longer available. Just search grip strength tools and they pop up. 🙂

Erika Sanchez I don’t know it is working but I bought one of those grip strength contraptions that I squeeze while I’m sitting at my desk. It’s fairly new so too soon to tell.

In general, leg day is my hardest. I’m glad we get it over on Mondays.
