Oh that’s music to my ears! I was worried if I ate then I would be hungry earlier and increase my intake way too much. Thanks Jenny!

Jenny, you mention eating 20/30 grams of protein right after our sessions. What if I am not hungry right after? I usually workout first thing in the morning and then 2 hours later eat 30 grams of protein. Do you think it’s more important to just consume the protein first thing? Thank you for any advice!

I’m so glad I put this comment in here! I did this workout yesterday and was able to do the one legged pushups the whole time! Wish I would have had my tracking log out to see where I was with the weekly fit tests but yeah definite improvement!
