I agree! I feel so much more motivated/pumped/excited when I know 100s of other ladies around the world are doing the same thing!

I’ve been thinking how to respond to this since you posted it. It’s hard to put into words all the good.

This week I am traveling for work. My co-workers I’m traveling with have seen me do my daily routine and ask how I stay motivated. The answer is so simple, my instructor/personal trainer. Jenny, your personality is so uplifting and inspiring. You offer such a wide variety of “help” from nutrition to specific programs. You focus on mobility and form, woman’s health as we age, and mental gratitude. The app is an added bonus… I appreciate communicating with all the other athletes and the ability to search for specific focus/time.

There is so much good to say I don’t think anybody or program compares!
