Hi ladies!

Started day 1 was last week and then last Tuesday woke up dizzy with balance issues. It’s been frustrating because of the affect it has taken on me. I will be okay for a few hours after waking up and then the dizziness starts and I’m dizzy the rest of the day. I tried continuing the workouts but I find my balance is off and HIIT is not an option either. I have an appointment scheduled with my PC. I had vertigo back in 2016 which required PT, not being able to drive and medical leave. I pray it is not that all over again. If you are someone who believes in prayer, can you join me? I head back to school in two weeks and I don’t want to start my school year like this. I want to get back to feeling normal and training with you all bc you are all killing it! 💪

So excited! I’ve been off training for about a week because I was at the Olympics! Ready to kickstart the last few weeks of my summer. 💪

I went back and did the June 12 back session. Wow a 🥵🔥kicked my own ass! It’s been mid 90’s this week in Michigan so I am getting extra salty 🤘

I wasn’t able to do the leg session yesterday. My boys had their steer 4-h show (if anyone knows what that is 😂) But I killed it today! That was a quick and sweaty one!
