Got in the Friday sess! 🔥 I'm taking tomorrow off to cheer on my sweet boy at Special Olympics, and Sunday, I think some yoga is in my future. Have a great weekend ladies!

Just finished Wednesday’s live back & leg session. Pretty sure I cursed many times and when Jenny said, “Alright one more “ of the air squat, squat row section, I yelled out, “What! One more!? Still shaking 🖤🔥

Umm...man, the “yogish flow” showed me how tight my hip flexors are 😩something to improve on! My handstands are improving, though, so there is that.
