After a long day and not much sleep Friday night, I vegged out Saturday and binged a new show on Netflix. Sunday, I took an hour-long walk, made some chili, and hung out with my boys :)

Trace Kennedy, it went well. The worst part was putting all the wires on and off. He did not like anyone touching his head. We will find out the results on Wednesday at the neurologist's. While we were there, he got cheeseburgers and new cars, and that helped a lot ❤️ thanks for all the prayers.

Woke up early this morning and got a walk in and a short cardio and stretching session in and we were off for Hen’s EEG. It was rough at first but he settling in now ❤️ thank for all the prayers.

This was a doozey! Thanks for the reminder. I need to be patient. I've been a bit down bc I haven't been noticing much change but I will get there!
