I was just thinking that I too have loved it and don’t want it to end! I can’t believe I FINALLY found a workout program that I look forward to coming to, so I WANT to come back for the muscle burn without the negative pain. The nutrition tidbits are so helpful and I’m slyly sharing the messages my daughter to help her make healthy decisions. (She asked for a banana at breakfast today! πŸ‘πŸ») I feel so much stronger than when I started πŸ’ͺ🏻 ✨

Same girl! Rest day for me too. Gardened for several hours. Now reading in the garden πŸͺ΄ and enjoying the

fruits of my labor. I’m an Angles fan and always happy when anyone beats the Mariners!

I am loving Beach Shred and how confident and strong πŸ’ͺ🏻 I feel! Now a calf strain is going to set me back 😭 another week or 2. If anyone has favorite Get Salty upper body only workouts - let me know so I can at least keep movingπŸ™Œ

I’m in the middle of Week 5. My back is super tight. But in the most amazing way! Not a negative feel. More like muscle is building. Can’t wait for the back yoga session later today. πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Being sick is the worst for what it does to our workout routines! I hope you feel better and can get back at it soon! I’m a bit stiff and sore - looking forward to the yogish flow today.
