The 8weeks were so fun! Really proud of myself for finishing. And for keeping going with weekly suggested sessions. Proud of all of us who have shown up to do athlete shit 1000 saltmakers 😅

My daughter and I loved listening to this! She took lots of notes 😂. After 7 weeks of Beach Shred I feel like the mindset shifthas happened naturally. I don’t crave snacks at all. This video has helped inspire me and my kid to eat better and be mindful of fullness cues!
