One of my goals with the grind is to be more active in the community chat. I’m super insecure so putting myself out there in anyway gives me anxiety. Baby steps towards working on not giving a 💩what others think. I figured this is the best place. You all truly are here to uplift and inspire. I’m super blessed to be apart of this group and have found Jenny’s training! 💪🏻🔥

So excited to get back at it. Had a little set back with some health stuff in Nov and Dec so I’m coming into the grind with different expectations for my body this year. I’m just blessed to still be doing the work! Let’s go!!

Had to take a few weeks off for health reasons so getting back starting with this was awesome! I can tell I’m going to be sore but I’m ready for it! So glad to be back at it!

Roll Call - the AMRAP was my favorite part, the thrusters specifically. I’ve found that using my bar bell I’m able to go heavier than I thought I could ❤️ I hope everyone has a great day!!

Just did W2 back and biceps! I’m definitely going too feel that one. I love the bands because I can feel my back activating more. I also have dogs joining me in my training space so I love it when Sam and Delilah show up! I’m located in Castle Rock, Colorado ❤️.

Wow! That was a great session! Hit failure multiple times and probably won’t be able to walk in a couple days but loved it!! 🔥

It was but I loved the AMRAP to finish it off! My chest is still so sore from week 4 chest day too! 🔥

Just finished week 4 back day. Struggled to push play today but glad I did. Pic of one of my 4 legged fur babies, patiently waiting on me to finish so she can go on a walk! Happy Friday ❤️
