After taking 2 weeks off because of vacation on being sick it feels great to be grinding again!! Just did week 7 leg day and not sure I’m going to be able to squat to use the 🚽tomorrow. πŸ”₯

Just finished week 1 and LOVED every second of it! I’ve always struggled working out at home but since joining Get Salty I look forward to my workouts every damn day! Yes!! πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ”₯
