Does anyone have any advice on how to stay sane and maintain motivation when put out by an injury? Iāve been dealing with some back problems past month or so (totally fixable but will take some time) and itās really bumming me out and I feel like Iām moving backwards in my health journey rather than forwards. Especially this time of year finding it hard to hit nutrition goals. Any pointers welcome!
