Does anyone have any advice on how to stay sane and maintain motivation when put out by an injury? Iā€™ve been dealing with some back problems past month or so (totally fixable but will take some time) and itā€™s really bumming me out and I feel like Iā€™m moving backwards in my health journey rather than forwards. Especially this time of year finding it hard to hit nutrition goals. Any pointers welcome!

Travelled to Korea for business this week, managed to get my butt to the hotel gym to start being a salty beast. Appreciated the shout out!

Do you think itā€™s worth doing this MVP series before joining Beast Mode? I redid the beach shred series instead so thinking if itā€™s better to build up with MVP first then beast mode after

My summer challenge (posting here for accountability šŸ˜œ)
1. Redoing the beach shred: loved that program, didnā€™t quite finish the last 2 weeks. I have a good 8 week window for no international business travel so letā€™s go!
2. shifting workout time from first thing in the morning to the evening. Trying to get the consistency down with the kids new school schedule
3. Surviving the Phoenix summer, I feel like even with the AC on itā€™s still flaming hot šŸ„µ(I kind of love it though)
Letā€™s get salty squad!! Looking forward to seeing all your MVP gains too

Missed a good few days training with work travel and events and was feeling kind of shitty and like Iā€™m not doing well. Then I hit the gym for the first time in months and killed my PBs on pretty much everything! Testament to salty training making you super strong and good lesson to stop beating myself up for not making every single session šŸ˜
