On vacation in Hilton Head, SC with my sisters (no kids, no husbands) but staying active and enjoying a walk on the beach. I’ll definitely be out here in the morning running and pick back up with the workouts on Monday. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Love it! I’ll be hauling mulch bags to the backyard today with my husband. He loves that his projects go so much faster because he has a wife that can help!

Hands down one of my favorite workouts so far. I was going to to try and salvage my hair, but I don’t think that’s going to happen after how salty I am!

This was such a great workout. I did it this morning at 5:15am and by 3pm my legs were already sore.

Glad I found this post. I work out in my garage and have disengaged one of the garage doors with my jump rope getting caught before. 😬I bought these the other day and they work great!

My little one has a play she is in this morning. Can’t join the live but got in a few VERY Salty miles.

I did the same thing today. Half way through the yoga session I was like, “why am I so dang sweaty?”
