Thank you for your words during this session. Going through perimenopause while having a daughter going through puberty has got to a test from the devil. These sessions are one of the things helping me cope and keep my sanity intact. On the thankful side of things is that my daughter is generally one of the most joy filled and happy preteens I’ve ever encountered and I have a wonderful doctor that’s helping me work though my symptom management. Keep grinding everyone with whatever you’re going through in this season of life. 💗
