I worked out in the “man cave” today… there is not a single wall space area for a handstand lol. I feel like downward dog handstands are more difficult. Have a great day everyone!

Well, I was spent and did the burpees to prove to myself I could, not that I wanted to. lol and people at the gym think im crazy cuz im laughing out loud with you! Great work out!
