I did the beach shread today and did incline pushups with a band and burpees…I know I didnt do that 9 months ago 😃💪🏻❤️

So Monday I set a timer when I got to work to do squats every hour. The ladies upstairs wanted in. Today the ladies downstairs saw us on the cameras and asked what we were doing. I told them, today we had 11 ladies doing squats together 🤣🤣

Great workout and live session. I am going to add a timer when I get to work and do 10 squats an hour. I try to get up and walk downstairs each day but the squats I can do right in my office. Thank you 😊
