It was like you read my mind about deficit and lack of results 2 weeks in! Thank you for that. I was like do I need to reduce further…so, hearing you say that was so what I needed to hear.

Hi Jenny Fisher I have been ruminating on the nutrition talked you did on Saturday. You mentioned the study that revealed how bad people are at tracking caloric intake. In the new year, I have doubled down on nutrition and have been planning and weighing all of my food to be in the 12*bodyweight deficit. My question is for the study, were people bad at estimating calories or were they using scales and measuring grams / ounces and still way off? Thank you so much for all of the education and motivation you provide. 💜💜
