Hi! Iā€™m brand new and am looking forward to a reset! I used to be a crossfitter, but a crazy work schedule, kids, and health have slowed me down. Iā€™m getting remarried in 11/30 and thought this was the perfect time to get back at it!

Loved todays chest session! Checked my ego at the door and focused on form with correct weight resistance - including a band for press to save my hand joints. Felt it and loved it! Thanks Jenny!

Greece retreat friends, look who I got to visit with yesterday at her beautiful home on James Island. We were passing by on the boat and stopped in for a visit. Great to see you Jane and Tom!

Finally a handstand! Tracking my weight size on my calendar. Definite improvement from MVP. Of course I loved a Sammie and Delilah visit and Jenny dancing. šŸ’ƒšŸ»

Jenny, you mention eating 20/30 grams of protein right after our sessions. What if I am not hungry right after? I usually workout first thing in the morning and then 2 hours later eat 30 grams of protein. Do you think itā€™s more important to just consume the protein first thing? Thank you for any advice!

Love scrolling through this community. I finished MVP - recovering from hip strain so I took my time. Still feeling strong by modifying my weight and movement. I listened to my body and focused on extra mobility sessions. Looking forward to Beast Mode.
