Happy Birthday Jenny! I did the back workout yesterday morning since I was a day behind. Then my plans changed last night and I ended up home by myself. Well this last week was all over the place. 2 sick kids, then I was sick, had to plan a party. But I still managed random workouts. Today was an old but a goodie full body 4X4. Please jenny do more 4x4 it is so much fun!. Ready to start fresh this new week.

Hi there! I’m new to the salty crew. Trying to figure out which program to start with. I’ve been working out consistently 5 days a week for 7 years so I’m definitely not a beginner BUat judging off the videos I’ve looked at these exercises are a lot different then what I’ve ever done. Especially directives. I was thinking Beach shred or waiting for MVP. Any suggestions? ❤️

Full body HIIT!
I was feeling under the weather so fell behind in some of my workouts. I am catching up slowly. Tomorrow I will start week 5. I loved moving my body again. Just feels good to sweat out all the toxins and push myself to become a better athlete and stay metobolicly positive ♥️🫶💪🏻
