Day 1 done this week. My chest and shoulders are burning. I loved as much this time as the first time I did.
I forgot how crazy that one was! My legs are like jello but I'm pretty sure I went up in weights on most the exercises.

First day out on my own since getting back into the workout routine with Beach Shred! I decided to try and go back and complete the days I missed over the last 8 weeks. Used the calendar to plan my workouts this week and just completed Traceโs workout! Feeling great! Love you girls!!!! ๐๐ผ๐ฆ๐ฅต๐๐ง

Still completing beach shred. Survival mode barely survived. Round 3 rocket jumps I could barely stand and do mod down. ๐ Iโm surprised I didnโt fall over!
That was true for me today, but it only lasted until the stretch part! I was able to bench press with my 30lbs! for 6 reps! ๐ฅ
