We traveled late this week and used a gym this morning/early afternoon (west coast time). We were amazed at how much more efficient we were than those around us. ( And frankly a lot sweatier. ). Jenny has this down! No standing around. Thanks Jenny and keep it up everyone.
Wednesday legs day. And on Wednesday we wear pink ;) also my doggos had a front row seat. Jerks be lounging while I be sweating!
If anyone is interested in a great sweat, definitely do this one. I have used this one a number of times while traveling because it is a bodyweight only session. Here's my moment to share progress as well...it's been a while (maybe 6 or 8 months?) since I last did it. This morning I never had to stop on the power planks. Before I would always hit a point where I needed to stop and rest before the 30 seconds was up, and today I did all the sets without stopping and rebounding from plank to pike the whole time! Like Jenny says in this one, this exercise is the hardest one for me. I was so excited that this seemed much easier than I had remembered (easy being relative, not eeaassyyy, but easier than before). Still a great shred, I was drenched at the end of the session. This was great to show progress for me and so much fun to do! Highly recommend it for this week! Wanted to share so that others can realize that you will see progress if you are consistent, I promise!

This workout….. absolute 🔥🔥 I would take a picture and show you my salty self but literally look like I was dragged out of the pool by my dog! Having surgery on Tuesday that will impede my conditioning for awhile. Six to eight weeks is what the surgeon said, but I’m shooting for four to six. This workout will be part of my comeback to measure my exertion capability. Love having a squad to come back to. Until Tuesday, I’m going to try and get as many workouts in as possible! Y’all will be my inspiration! 🧂🔥💕
Jenny thank you for always being here for us. Your coaching is always amazing. Funny I woke up today and completed mondays session this morning. I too had low energy but I knew I’d have a better day by getting up and trying to give my 100% that I had in me today. Thanks for being the best coach!
Today is a weird day...big game day and I have to work midnights as a favor...sitting around all day for game and work is not my things SO I did the cardio, went to yoga, grocery store and all that..still jittery about the game so I did a cardio hip hop with Jenny....I was dancing around like a straight fool 😂😂 I suggest this to anyone who needs to get out of their head for a hot minute....
