My dumbbells go up by 10s. So we hen I just my 25s my next set is 30s. That 10pounds doesn’t seem it would mean much but sometimes it’s not enough other times slow and steady to confirm form is correct!

Always! I hate when I do t feel good or just doesn’t fit into the day. Makes me feel good to move. Glad you got your yeti. One that finally says captain lol 😂
