On a positive note it snowed in Michigan I didn’t have my proper boots on when I came inside and walked on our wood floors my foot slipped. I didn’t fall thanks to our wonderful mobility work! I am always really proud of myself when I know something didn’t or didn’t happen because of my hard work I put in! The non scale victories that always get to me!

My sister lives in Clarksville Tennessee she said their are caves in Clarksville she said is fun. Clarksville is 45 minutesish away from Nashville.
