I told my husband I wanted to do mummy dogs for dinner tonight for our Friday family fun day. He said he will come up with a healthy dish for us. Stuffed jack o lanterns.

Doing rookie has been a blast. I’m totally changing the sessions to heavy lift with some cardio more strength training for me. Never hurts to hear the basics again to remind yourself to focus on the importance of FORM! I am sore in such a great way from rookie. The shorterish sessions have been great too! Helps me push harder go for this heavier weights!

Yes I have been doing it too focusing more on heavy lifting than cardio but keeping some in to keep my cardio up. It’s been a blast!

The last session was amazing I loved the set up! Sad for this one to be over but the next one has been disappointing yet!

Matty Toten I bought their vanilla ice cream put in my coffee loved it. Post workout have tried juicy watermelon and fruity pebble they are great.
