All the weights getting used on my repeat of the Week 5 Beast mode back session, and this is after I deconstructed one of my heavy dumbbells. Love this one! Went up on my weight on some of it the 2nd time around too. Gotta get the strength training in before travel this weekend with no equipment available. Have a great weekend Salt Squad!

Did anyone else give the Salt Squad a virtual high five at the end of this one?  Cause I did.  😀🥵 Definitely saving this one for a quick workout at home or at a hotel.

Hip thrusters are always the best! Love them! Just trying to figure out how I can go heavier safely with the setup I have...work in progress...

Erika Sanchez You can also get some wrist wraps that help you hold the heavier weights. Mine are similar to these here.
