Delicious breakfast bowl full of all the protein and fiber that really hit the spot after a nice long walk with a friend. My body and mind are both fueled now. Happy Sunday Salt Squad!

Erika Sanchez love this! Just tonight I had a sirloin burger with Gouda (a little indulgence but 5 oz so not oversized) and a side of delicious roasted brussel sprouts instead of fries. They were amazing and crispy and gave the texture with the crispiness but the health benefits of getting in some actual veggies. (Side note: Home cooked so I know what went into all of it. Not all kinds of extra butter and such that a restaurant might add.) You are so killing it girl! I see you on here. Looking forward to the Beast series and seeing you and everyone else get after it for all the gains!

Really loved this one for a quick salty sweat. Great for a home workout or a hotel workout with minimal equipment. Saved it for later because I will definitely come back to this one when I'm time or equipment constricted.

My training shoes are No Bull's but they are not for running in case you are thinking you want them for that too.

I'm having some challenges today but I have to say I know I've reached a new place when my first thought once I got to the hotel was I need to go do leg day not go to the bar and get a drink. And I felt better...and then my door broke and I couldn't get in. So here I am sweaty having a glass of wine while I wait. It's a balance but I'm so glad that my first thought was I need to go move more and I'm so glad I did. So for those still trying to be consistent be patient with yourself, it's a process that is years in the making but well worth it. Love this Salt Squad more than y'all know.

Really loved this session, saved it as a favorite and potential hotel gym workout (depends on the hotel gym equipment of course). Just a great sweat and grind for 30 minutes. Surprised myself with the bench hopovers on how many rounds of nonstop 50 I could do. Definitely a great one to come back to.
