I have a general comment here that I've meant to post for something like 4 weeks now...(life--and I don't even have kids--I don't know how those of you who do actually do it, I took the easy way out by choosing not to procreate, sorry sidebar🙃). Is everyone else as sore as I am this series? Seriously, I have never been this sore before in any series thus far, don't get me wrong, it's a good sore, but for goodness sake...I do like to bend down, sit down and move my arms from time to time 😆Just needed to sound off as I'm trying to figure out why various parts of my body hurt. It's a fantastic feeling...once I can move again 😂 Feeling all the strength gains and looking forward to a week when I walk normal again...😊

That is kickass woman!!! 🔥🔥🔥

This one's a killer! 🥵🔥🔥🔥 Loved it! It just kept going on the edited version...I kept thinking there can't be more...but there was.  Will keep this one in my hotel gym workout list since it only needs a bench and dumbbells.

Great chest session!  Last 3 rounds I surprised myself with what I could do, but hit failure on the last 2 of them. Over 100 pushups done in this workout 🥵🔥🔥🔥

Continued...The moral of the story is keep at it Salt Squad.  Know that you are not alone when those days happen that you aren't sure you can or want to get the training in.  Show up, do your best, and you can always modify.  That means within the session itself, or doing like me, and picking out the sessions that feel right on that day.  Just keep moving.

Wooo...😥 I'm behind a few days after travel to see my sister who had some dumbbells but not as heavy as I needed for some of our current Grind sessions.  I still got salty, I just had to do some throwbacks that worked with bodyweight or only needed light/moderate dumbbells. (That's why I keep a folder in the app with great bodyweight or minimal equipment sessions saved.  Easy to find some favorites for those times with limited equipment.) Anyway, I did Week 4's leg session yesterday, and my oh my, is my booty sore! Today I caught up on the HIIT session and did the Week 5 Flow/cardio session.  I wasn't feeling all the energy, didn't sleep well and perimenopause hormone changes (messing up my sleep and leaving me with less energy) left me giving all of my 50-60% of my normal.  But like #jennyfisher said, sometimes you just have to show up and give 100% of what you have that day.  So, I did the best I could.  Still glad I showed up even though I know it wasn't my "normal" best effort. 

Jenny Fisher Totally agree with this. I can get my heart rate up to 150s and rarely 160s but still not necessarily feel like I'm at a 10. Or, my muscles are toasted but the heart rate is nowhere close. Damn, getting so efficient due to all the Salty training 😆🔥🔥🔥
