If y'all didn't know in the app you can create playlists and save sessions to them. This is how I keep track of these sessions.

Ok, so this limited my words...I have also saved several of the yoga sessions that I particularly liked and can share those as well.

Regarding the bit about how to increase intensity...1st I will do my own modifications up during the GS session if that's where I'm at that day. 2nd I am not afraid to add in 10-20 minutes of Tabata style drills, a run, a walk, some jump rope, just adding in some intervals of plyometric exercises, it just depends on where I'm at that day.  Jenny has great videos on Insta with these sort of intervals that I save and use.  Otherwise I might just take exercises I know and make up my own intervals/tabatas for that last little burnout. So many options and opportunities to make it what you want and keep it changing too.

OK, so Jenny's right, I travel enough that I have to figure out the bodyweight or minimal equipment sessions.  Here's a list of my favorite saved bodyweight sessions:

Week 6: My Greatist HIITS

Week 8: Just Shred

Going out for varsity

Week 3: HIIT Me Baby One More Time

Week 7: You're Doing a Good Job (1/2 cardio/1/2 yoga-it's a special one)

Salty 7: Bodyweight HIIT

Beach Shred Week 2: Chest and Core

Here's some short bodyweight sessions  I saved:

Varsity Cardio Session (I have saved 2 of these that are named the same, pick your poison, I often start one of these sessions and then go...aw hell...I forgot that was this session...and kick myself for saving it until it's over, just a warning... ;)

Also "bodyweight AMRAP"

For some band only sessions (cause I will totally travel with some bands), here's a few of my favorites:

Week 4: Pura Vida

Mamacita Caliente

Fullbody EMOM

Week 2: HIIT Session

45 minute: Rise and Grind (literally just did this one again on vacation 1.5 weeks ago with family)

Is it just me or are other people's bootys and hammies sore even 3 days after this week's leg day? (I did it on Tuesday) My goodness y'all...that was so good and so awful at the same time 😆 Bulgarians are never ever my favorite...

So I'm favoriting this one even though I was dead by the end. Most of my pushups were on my knees but I can say I made it back up to 6 reps before the clock ran out on that ladder. Definite failure on this one. I didn't have the energy to call you bad names but now that I think about it...WTF b$t@h.😆 I still love you. ❤️❤️❤️

Update on my pseudo jump rope...it broke today...uggg...gonna send it back to Amazon and replace it. Less than 10 days and probably about 5 uses.

Can't wait to catch back up when I get home this weekend. I'm still sore from Monday's leg session and looking forward to the back and full body sessions. In the meantime I'm doing some bodyweight cardio and yoga sessions from prior series. Keep killing it Salt Squad!

Erika Sanchez Will do! It was only $14 and it comes with a rope so you can use it either way.
