Finally finishing the last few sessions of Beast Mode after getting a pellet on Wednesday. Can only walk for four days after, so started this week with week 6 back session. What a great start to the week. Hit PB’s in my gorilla rows and my bent over rows - true testament to the effectiveness of this challenge. Kind of sad to see it ending so I’m thankful to have a few more sessions to hit this week before next week’s salty session. So thankful for this community and for our amazing coach Jenny Fisher for keeping us so salty. It is a great privilege to be in the 1% with every single one of you!🫶🏻🧂

The F-OUT was definitely achieved with the chest session today. I’m not even sure how you could get that much work into a 36-minute session, but I literally had to roll off my bench at the end because my arms were absolutely useless. Week 6 is proving to be absolute 🔥🔥🔥! The biggest blessing in this workout was forgetting about how sore my legs are! 😅

Holy Kiss my Peach!!! I had to peel myself off the mat after that leg session. I cried out to Jesus, I cried out for my mom, and I just flat cried out! There is no way my facial expressions were pretty. No faking the intensity. What a glorious way to start the last week of this series! Thankful it is behind me though 😅🍑

Have been under the weather for the last two days, but after only walking Friday and yesterday, today it was time to get back to the land of living. Did not have the energy for the cardio HIIT so wrapped up the back session today. I’m pretty sure I just sweated out any remaining virus that hit my body. Sweating like a endurance athlete in the tropics! Needed that and hope to get the cardio/HIIT on Tuesday. Can’t believe we are stepping into the final week!!
