There was a hefty amount of salt added to my ice cube today! 🧊 That was a fantastic last week leg session. A day of rest yesterday with just a walk was exactly what my body needed to execute this session like a 1 percenter! 😤

I have no doubt that Friday’s session was much better for me today than it would have been yesterday. Every muscle in my body was telling me yesterday not to train, so I listened and walked intensely for almost five miles. Slept like a rock and came in here this morning and killed Friday’s session. Loved all the things you talked about today, Jenny! I’d forgotten about that exercise we did at the retreat. Such a game changer!

Kathleen Hosmer I woke up this morning and stretched and laughed out loud when I realized the muscles under my armpit were sore! Are there even muscles there?! 😂😂😂

Back session is done and I’m scratching my head trying to figure out how I’m going to manage tomorrow’s total body. LOL! But in week 11 I’m feeling compelled to go all in and hit every session that I’m able!

We are in the same boat yet we don’t want to jump overboard! 🤣🤣 I’ve started on 3 grams of creatine and it seems to be helping me in my recovery. Also just learning to move the the soreness and also learning to rest when my body tells me to rest

Chest and shoulder session did not disappoint. I will repeat this one during out time between challenges. Great victory for me was doing handstands and actually staying up for roughly ten seconds without the wall. Feeling really athletic today!😤

Legs are done and a salty way to start week 11. Not gonna lie, I started out just showing up. My knee, lower back and shoulder are wonky right now, so I opted to do bodyweight where it felt right and just didn’t take breaks - on the BSS for instance. Burned out my legs in way that surprised me. Probably not my greatest session, but my legs are worked, and I will continue showing up.

Finally got to Wednesday’s back session after getting home from being at my parent’s. Had the puppy with me so couldn’t make it to their gym to get a session in. This was just what I needed after driving for almost four hours. Read to step into week 11 tomorrow. Thanks Jenny for the reminder about creatine! Totally forgot I ordered it. Will start it today!
