60ty bday celebration all day yesterday kept me from getting this in. A year ago my newly 59 year old self would have justified not training today because of the celebrating yesterday, but after a year of dedicated consistency, my newly 60 year old self just took a nap, hydrated and fueled, and then came up here and slayed the dragon!
