Today’s HIIT session was quick but intense! Was in the mood for weights, so used a slam ball for my HIIT portion and alternated Slam ball squat thrusts and Slam ball burpees. They did not disappoint and did the job of getting me where I needed to be. Somehow had some energy left over so decided to do a chest and tri finisher. Two triple sets x 3 rounds each: Chest press, Chest Flies, and DB skull crushers; Triceps press downs, DB overhead Triceps extension, and Arnold’s. I’m traveling back home tomorrow so ended with the mobility and it was absolutely delicious and the best reward for hard work! Always have to snap a pic of me in my happy place (my parents’ community gym). Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
