Mine’s name is Flo (short for Florence). I am now at the point in my sourdough journey where I won’t any other bread but mine! Honestly though, I’m here for the discard! Was not feeling up to making up the HIIT session from yesterday but then got on Instagram and Jenny’s story I felt like she was talking to me. “Just go up there and hit play. Fake it till you make it. Change the mindset and the changed body will follow.” Put my book down, got up here and hit play. And honestly, I kind of crushed it. Did I go as hard as I could? I went as hard as I could today, and I’m going to consider that a victory. Ready to slay week 2! 😤

Two is better than none! I’m having to put space between yesterdays workout and todays because I’m just so sore! I’ll hit the HIIT tomorrow hopefully, and if not, I’ll just make it my goal to complete four main sessions this next week. Just keep showing up and doing what you can. You will find your rhythm 💕💕

Oof! Tomorrow I’m going to be blaming my soreness on the La-La-La-La-Ladder! That one seriously smoked me! Made the mistake of including a DB row with the lateral lunges and then of course had to keep them in. Friday’s are always my favorite sessions. Truly love training like this, but I have also grown to love just weightlifting again, thank you Jenny Fisher!
