Fridays session did not disappoint. I will admit to giving Jenny on my screen a death glare when she said, “Oh! Oops! We have another round of 15 seconds each exercise no rest!” Wanted to scream at the screen but had to conserve what little energy I had left to get through it. Great week of shaking my salt shaker with all of y’all! Have a great weekend!🫶🏻🧂

Whew!!😅😅 since my upper body is still a bit gassed after yesterday’s workout, I opted to hold off doing last night’s session and chose the challenge accepted session from week 1 of cardio+core. If y’all need a fast intense and calorie slaying workout, I totally endorse this one! Hot and salty in all the right places!

Knew I wouldn’t make tonight’s upper body so I searched upper body and found a 36 minute UB session from the original level up challenge (wk 3 I believe). The “mobility” block at the end was deceptively challenging - felt more like a body weight strength block! 😅 But everything is loose and greased up, so mobility it is I agree with Jenny, I have a great trainer 😉🩵

Thanks Sandy for your post about the bonus back and biceps session. Great workout, and what I really needed was the yogis series at the end. Cannot even believe I’m saying this, but I actually look forward to them when Jenny says they are going to be in the session. From a former yoga hater, that speaks volumes for Jenny’s training and encouragement!
