I have been on PTO all week, and after Fourth of July festivities and celebrating my 26 wedding anniversary yesterday, this workout is going to probably both suck and slay!! Getting ready to get after it!
After a walk with the dogs decided to get in a couple of mini sessions before Fourth of July activities. Did a strength total body and out of all the mini sessions I could choose, chose one that started with salt makers 🤣🤣 Slay! Finished with a 12 minute core session. Saw Jenny’s story about his morning’s chest and shoulder session, and she wasn’t lying!! Holy Smokes was it a doozy! Chest and shoulders are so done, I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to wave a flag tomorrow, and I’ll be sipping my drink from a straw! 🔥🧂 Happy 4th to you and yours! 🇺🇸❤️
