We are in the same boat yet we don’t want to jump overboard! 🤣🤣 I’ve started on 3 grams of creatine and it seems to be helping me in my recovery. Also just learning to move the the soreness and also learning to rest when my body tells me to rest

Chest and shoulder session did not disappoint. I will repeat this one during out time between challenges. Great victory for me was doing handstands and actually staying up for roughly ten seconds without the wall. Feeling really athletic today!😤

Legs are done and a salty way to start week 11. Not gonna lie, I started out just showing up. My knee, lower back and shoulder are wonky right now, so I opted to do bodyweight where it felt right and just didn’t take breaks - on the BSS for instance. Burned out my legs in way that surprised me. Probably not my greatest session, but my legs are worked, and I will continue showing up.

Finally got to Wednesday’s back session after getting home from being at my parent’s. Had the puppy with me so couldn’t make it to their gym to get a session in. This was just what I needed after driving for almost four hours. Read to step into week 11 tomorrow. Thanks Jenny for the reminder about creatine! Totally forgot I ordered it. Will start it today!

Week got busy and got away with me. Traveled to my folks today, and Yoga flow was exactly what I needed to just unwind from driving and a busy and stressful week. Will hit the chest session tomorrow and possibly Saturday’s session depending on my energy level. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I am a fan of yoga now!

Was waffling about doing today’s HIIT session until I read a comment under the session about Jenny being such a great coach and how much she loved this session. Came up to my gym thinking I would modify and give 60 percent, but then the feel good chemicals kicked in and I gave it more like 98 percent! My legs were gassed from yesterday’s session, but this one helped loosen them up. Don’t know if I’ll be able to walk tomorrow, but for now, they feel great!😂

Today’s leg session had me crying and cussing a little! Those knee to lunge ups and then the lunge hops… I just can’t even think about them without wanting to curl up in a corner! Great session!😅

That HIIT session wore both of us out! My little trainer gave up about half way through. 😂😂
