Chest and Triceps was exactly what I needed after last night. Actually Jenny Fisher commentary was what I needed last night, and the chest and triceps workout was added bonus! My arms will no doubt be equally as sore as my legs have been so tomorrow I should feel somewhat balanced! Great session!

Christine Bush Roman I literally put off taking linens upstairs all day long because the thought of going up, but especially coming down the stairs, made me tear up. I did it, and I counted it as intense activity for the day!

Step aerobics SLAYS! Haven’t done it in years but absolutely loved it and did it regularly!

Was not motivated at all today, but as I sat in my office chair staring at my computer screen, not being able to write what I needed to write, I asked myself, “What can I do?” Came out to my porch and thought I’ll at least do a modified workout. Nope, after the warmup, I was locked and loaded, and crushed the leg session. The combination of the first block of ball squats followed by the BSS and lunge hops was absolutely friggin leathal! I feel the difficulty squatting to pee coming tomorrow and Wednesday!

Jenny Fisher how can I not when you throw all my favorite exercises into one week?! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
