That leg session!!! Straight up Fire!! Possibly my favorite leg session of the series. So glad I waited to do it today when I was in a more energetic frame of mind. Was able to leave it all on the mat and actually blew my own self away at my strength, stamina and endurance gains. The Grind challenge works for anyone who might be new to it. Consistency and persistence pays off exponitionally!

That cardio hip hop may be my all time favorite one! Maybe because of the boxing components - more familiar to me, but regardless, I love it! Fun way to end my weekend. I’ll do the leg session tomorrow and the back session on Tuesday if all goes according to MY plans! 😉 Hope everyone has a great week!

I just don’t have it in me to do the leg workout today. But knowing I need to move and wanting to do more than just walk my dogs (that will still happen), I’m going to turn on the cardio hip hop and pretend like I can dance like J-Lo.
