Feeling the same way, Tessa! It’s like a gift to my body to come down a notch on the intensity level, but not the training level - if that makes sense. Every workout is still getting me plenty salty and whupped, though. Just wake up the next morning not so sore or drained.

I did the exact same thing Brooke, and I am one hot salty athlete! Realized I need to be in a challenge with other people to hold me accountable. The leg session and first mini-cardio paired well together and were super adaptable to modify up! Love being back with the squad!

Did week seven MVP legs and booty today. First salt session I’ve done since the MVP ended. For the first two weeks after due to time and commitments, I just got as much walking in as possible. First week was intentional but the second week, I was just more unmotivated and apathetic. Yesterday I made myself get out on my porch and do a tris, biceps and shoulder workout. Told myself I’d stay out for thirty minutes and no more. Stuck to it and remarkably, I found my motivation somewhere in that session. Feels good to be back. My body missed the mobility and my mind was desperate for the strength training. What a session to walk back into! Legs are absolute fire! If you’re feeling unmotivated, just commit to thirty minutes, set your timer and just step on the mat. I promise you’ll find it there! 💖

Great way to finish the MVP series - hot and sweaty and everything left on the mat! Loved the format and discovered I can use heavier weights safely without hurting my back. I will be a HIIT girl until my body tells me otherwise, but adding heavy weights into my fitness regimen again just adds even more satisfaction to my sessions. Thank you Jenny for always giving us nothing but excellence in every session! I want all of y’all on my team! 👊🏻🙌🏻🩵🧂
