Not gonna lie, when I clicked on today’s session and saw it was stretching, I sent a personal thanks and praise up to God! Yesterday’s leg session is still producing the afterburn of a great workout. Stretching my legs was a little slice of heaven! And a great reminder to put sessions like this one into my regular practice!

This is so awesome! Way to make that split decision Kate!

Take a vacation! 😜 I typically follow the calendar of recommended workouts, but what I may do next week is do total body three days and two days of her mobility/yoga-ish work.
