Jennifer Smartt I had the same gratitude for training at home! Not pretty but I got it done!

What a welcome back party with that leg session! Holy mind F-💣, Batman! 🤬 I’m pretty sure every ounce of wine I consumed over the weekend is now poured out all over my mat! The last two rounds of the primal portion had me in the fetal position questioning my logic for training in 96 degree temps, but remarkably I got through all three rounds more fluidly than I thought I would, although I was praising the Lord for virtual training where no one could see my execution! I have a few sessions from last week that I will hit next week, but wanted to end the challenge with everyone else. Definitely feeling my progress today!💪🏻

Paused the Beach Shred, but convinced my twin to do a quick 36 minute cardio and core session before we head to the Riverwalk to begin our twinfest celebration. I’m just going to keep this one on repeat. So fun and love the “turd” stretch at the end! 😆 Y’all have a great weekend! 👯‍♀️

Heading to San Antonio to celebrate 59th birthday with my twin. I know we have hikes and wine tasting planned, but will try and get at least one or two strength sessions in. If not, I’ll plan to pick back up on Monday. Twinfest is absolutely the best part of my year! Stay salty and finish the week out strong, athletes!

Glad I went back and did the shoulder and core session from last week. LOVED that session. Back felt great all the way through. Modified some of the core work at the end but slayed the rest!

I am going to miss part of this week due to celebrating birthday with my twin - annual twinfest! Hope you have a wonderful time in CO!! Playlist sounded like it came straight from my 26-yr old daughter’s IPod playlist when she was ten! Some good memories there!

Had every intention of picking off where I left off, but FOMO kicked in and I opted to come back with today’s leg session. Probably just what I needed. Not too hard, easy to modify, but still challenging. Back is still tender, but hoping to catch Saturday’s session tomorrow. Staying away from plyometrics right now and focusing more on form, strength, and cardio that doesn’t bounce. Felt good to move. Just walking more than a day or two, and I start getting all those fugly thoughts and feels. Felt great to sweat and get back in the game!
