Start of week 8 was 💣🔥. I always know “36-minutes” is code for hard AF, and today’s session proved that theory true! Great way to spend my lunch break though because now I’m done with it and can stretch out my legs walking the dogs after work! Pearlie girl got to experience her first walk this past weekend. She is a fan!! Also, all you salty moms who attended the Mom Prom were absolutely smoking! Proud to be associated with such an amazing group of sizzling beauties who are strong and beautiful on the inside and outside! 🔥🩵

They last exercise was my least favorite! Could only get through one set per leg without completely dying

Oh Tessa! Praying for you this week and sweet Henry as you prepare him for the EEG. My brother had seizures growing up, and they are so incredibly scary! Praying you receive answers, a good prognosis, and an effective treatment plan!🩵

Week 7 was a bit of a bust for me, but listened to my body and the lack of energy I was experiencing and just walked and rested. Today I woke up feeling much better and decided to at least round out the week with the chest session from last week. It was the perfect session to get me back on track and ready for tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great week!

Hit the wall this week and just trying to find my energy. Leg session wasn’t possible yesterday, but today, despite low energy, I committed to doing thirty minutes of the leg session. What did I do to challenge myself in that workout? I completed the whole mother fluffer. Walking out of my training room not with more energy, but definitely with a better mindset!

Yesterday ran away from me, so just getting to Friday’s total body session. Y’all having a puppy is both exhilarating and exhausting - and she is an easy puppy!! And all I have to say is those sit throughs had an added level of complexity for me because sweet Pearly girl kept trying to take a ride on my leg. I can tell she is going to try and take me to new heights in my training! Hope all of you feel loved every day, but hope yesterday, you experienced an extra measure from all of those you love so well! Here’s a little bit of fluffy love for all of you! 🤍

I just can’t even fathom…🥶🥶

That back session hit just right! Back has been my favorite muscle group to train for the last decade, and I gotta say, Jenny knows how to train the back! Die unilateral rows instead of bent over rows so I could go heavy without compromising my lower back. Was a great modification! Three in a row this week! 🙌🏻🥳
