I only had c-sections but those child delivery exercises toward the end had me laboring! What a re-entry back into working out. Ended up taking last week off other than walking and Mondays leg day. Felt good to sweat and be back in the saddle again! Leg days are days I dread when first starting out and then freaking love by the middle of the session. The toilet won’t be my friend tomorrow!

I’m a day behind this week - am a bit under the weather so was grateful to just being doing the strength path. Don’t think I could have done HIIT today. Probably came in at about 75 percent today, but felt good to throw around some weights. Y’all the band work at the end kills my ankles! I can’t seem to find a comfortable way to wrap it around my ankle without feeling like it’s digging into my skin. If any of you have found a solution, would love to hear about it! Getting a hormone pellet tomorrow afternoon so will do the upper body tomorrow and then can only walk for four days. So I will be back Sunday to finish out the week with Friday’s session. Hope you all have a great week!

Probably not the workout to do in 102 degrees but this total body friday session was absolute 🔥🔥💦

Seriously my hair looks like it’s on fire. I’m just gonna lay under my porch fan and let all my sweat douse the flames. My snatches have improved so much since I started doing them seriously for the first time in the beach shred. Still not jumping but more due to the heat and feeling a bit woozy toward the end. Grateful for a healing foot so I had another excuse not to jump! 😂 I gotta go get a liquid IV! Have a great weekend athletes! Y’all are my inspo!! 🫶🏻🧂🩵
