I actually stared training with no shoes on during leg day sessions because I found I have more stability. Just be very careful with weight 😅. For plyo and other activities, I have switched to Topos because they have a wider toebox, which helps with my left bunion.

I finished this week Strong! With my weight vest on for HIIT, my athlete self showed up today!
