Hit week five with Leg session first, because why not? Itโs Monday, and my legs felt fresh. and I knew I could give more today in leg day than I probably could in the next few days. The week is stacked high so managing my training for what my body can give me the most on. This is why I really have enjoyed being almost a week behind. I can plan ahead and see the videos and make adjustments as I train.
