Ok it was a fantastic workout, but I will also share stats for my Fit Test … I used 20lb dumbbells for both and my Hang Cleans went from 12 to 21 and my flys went from 20 to 40 😃 BAM!!

Here are my stats on this one: Front Lunges 20 lbs 24 to 40 reps; sit ups from 26 to 38; and squat jumps (Note I did alternating knee raises to the side since I can’t jump or go up on toes) went from 44 to 58.
